Elaine, Heather, Dot et al, I really like the idea of the Mighty Ugly project as a way to liberate artist/crafter wannabees, like moi, from the tyranny of perfectionism (word?) Anyhoo, I’ve always dreamed of a similar movement for school sports for those of us who really were the last ones picked for a team. In that spirit I dropped out of my local book group and formed the Crappy Crafters who have been know to imbibe a bit whilst crafting ridiculous thingummies. Mighty Uglies Rule!
