Maybe if the too high sleeve got cut off, it could be worked into a one shoulder/sleeve look. That is assuming a girl stuffed animal. If the stuffed animal is a boy, I might craft a plaid scarf out of this shirt. The flannel is cuddly. Barbies and animals are very forgiving to sew for, they like to wear anything and everything.
