“Great Aunt Edna-Renee” says:
I was testing out the new Martha Stewart Craft Station that comes with pre-printed templates and a light table for easy crafting. You can just place the template on the light table, a piece of paper over that, and follow the template’s lines to create pretty scrollwork with almost no thought.
Fail me once, shame on you: I only had permanent markers to use to trace the scrollwork. Scrolls + plain old felt tip marker = huh??
Fail me twice, shame on me: I layered two types of permanent marker for a very odd mix of thin and thicker lines.
Fail me thrice… you just said thrice!: I was intently tracing scrollwork, and I forgot to move the paper to adjust for proper placement of the scroll. I ended up tracing a scroll right through the carefully-copied “Just Married” sentiment.
