Another Tuesday, another Craft Wars episode. Did you notice that TLC moved the show to a prime time slot? I can’t help but hope that means our little crafty show is a hit! This week’s episode: Bedknobs and Gluesticks featured three competitive crafters going to battle in a series of bedroom-themed challenges. For the Pop Craft, they had to create a lamp out of a load of glasses, sunglasses and goggles.
Here’s what the contestants made, along with the judges’ criticisms of each piece. Comment at the end of the post to chime in with YOUR pick for the biggest lamp blunder:

Raymond Lin’s Organic Drum Lamp: Not enough mosaic lenses

Brooke Ulrich‘s Seaglass Lens Lamp: Not enough dangly strands (looked unfinished)

Andrea Martin’s Flower and Jute Lamp: Use of wire to hang flowers (wire doesn’t hang straight)
The first thing I think every week when I hear the challenge is: “What would I make with this stuff?”
What would YOU make with it? Which lamp had the biggest issues?
Ack! This just showed up in my Reader and the episode hasn’t aired here yet – you’re fast! Thank you for not including spoilers.
I loved Brooke’s idea, but yeah, it wasn’t finished enough. Ray’s wasn’t my style at all, but at least it looks [somewhat] like a finished lamp.
What about this hideous shirt that Andrea was wearing?? ew.
Raymonds lamp, definitely. It looks crappy.
