This beautiful wreath made of terra cotta pots filled with succulent plants on a wire frame can be found on Bees Knees Bungalow – but just the photo. Although she does provide a tutorial for making her own version of it, the author, Jeanne, clearly states that she saw this particular wreath at Bachman’s, a historic home in Minneapolis that’s set up seasonally with decorating ideas.
Like Jeanne, CraftFail reader Emilea decided she could probably make a similar wreath just by using the photo as a guide. She figured it would be a fabulous gift for her in-laws, but reports having some trouble finding pots of different sizes… So how did the project turn out?
Well, not exactly like the inspiration, and apparently it ended up weighing several hundred thousand tons, but her in-laws loved it and that’s all that matters! Well, that and a really, really strong front door to support it.

As soon as I looked @ that pix, I knew it spelled T-R-O-U-B-L-E. In a big kind of way.
