Sonja Foust is an author, blogger, and self-proclaimed internet dork. She combines her loves for reading, writing, and internet tom-foolery on her blog, Pintester. Pintester.com is a humorous look at the crafting community. The blog, which generates page views per month in the millions, chronicles Sonja’s attempts to complete crafts and projects pinned on the popular site Pinterest. In her spare time, she sings with gusto, dances with abandon, and regularly laughs until she cries. Sonja lives in Durham, North Carolina with her husband and doggie.

Carolina has been crafting longer than she can remember. But pretty much any kid should be able to say they’ve been crafting longer than they can remember. She reckons she spent all of her preschool days with a crayon and a bottle of paste. Which she never ate. Because that is just weird. 30-ish years later, she is still crafting… when she’s not doing any of a million other things that perpetually need doing.
